Patient Portal
Live Well Pediatrics has been using eClinicalWorks, an electronic medical record system, since 2011. One of the features of eClinicalWorks is a Patient Portal that allows secure web-based interactions between patients and the practice. With the Patient Portal, patients can:
- Request prescription refills on-line
- Request insurance referrals
- View immunization records and listed medication allergies
In addition, the practice can send messages of general interest to our patients. For instance, when seasonal flu vaccine becomes available in the late summer or fall, we are able to notify our patients by electronic messaging.
