Patient Portal
Live Well Pediatrics has been using eClinicalWorks, an electronic medical record system, since 2011. One of the features of eClinicalWorks is a Patient Portal that allows secure web-based interactions between patients and the practice. With the Patient Portal, patients can:
- Print and download medical records
- Request insurance referrals
- View immunization records and listed medication allergies
- Review your child’s latest Visit Summary
- Receive appointment reminders and important updates from the office
